In this diverse role, you will manage test equipment, ensure workplace safety, and coordinate shipments while collaborating with engineering teams to evaluate prototypes and optimize testing processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a mix of hands-on tasks and administrative support.

Anforderungen

• •Completed technical or commercial training
• •Familiarity with test equipment, prototype setups, and workplace safety standards
• •Structured and independent working style
• •Strong communication abilities and team-oriented mindset
• •Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP and/or inventory management systems
• •Excellent written and verbal proficiency in German and English

Aufgaben

• •Ensure availability and functionality of test equipment
• •Organize calibrations, repairs, and regular maintenance
• •Create and maintain an inventory of test equipment
• •Coordinate shipment of test equipment and product samples
• •Monitor returns and perform condition checks
• •Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation
• •Act as Workplace Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• •Conduct risk assessments for technical installations and workplace environments
• •Develop and implement safety guidelines and procedures
• •Assemble and wire prototype setups for structured fiber optic cabling
• •Evaluate feasibility of new designs and assess functionality of existing products
• •Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvements
• •Collaborate with the Application Engineering team to refine product handling methods
• •Review test data and reports for completeness and accuracy
• •Approve reports according to internal quality standards
• •Collaborate with the Application Engineering team to optimize testing processes
• •Support the team with organizational and administrative tasks
• •Manage material orders and resources
• •Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
