Aufgaben
- Conduct surveys and initial site inspections.
- Oversee the technical due diligence process.
- Manage ESG assessments and environmental due diligence.
- Collaborate with external consultants on specialist surveys.
- Identify key risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support asset acquisitions and disposals with the investment team.
- Provide technical input for feasibility studies and development plans.
- Define capital and operational expenditure requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Serve as a technical liaison with local developers.
- Track project progress against KPIs and budgets.
- Draft project scopes of work for procurement.
- Evaluate the impact of changes on project costs.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports.
