- 5-7+ years overall experience in BI, analytics, or data engineering
- 5+ years hands-on experience developing enterprise analytics solutions and data models within Qlik Sense or other enterprise analytic/data platforms
- 2+ years SQL and Python experience
- Proven experience delivering large-scale analytic applications in production
- Prior experience mentoring junior developers and acting as technical lead
- Experience with sales, commercial operations, or related data
- Proficiency with core productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA)
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Professional, proactive, structured working style with ownership and accountability
- Understanding of or interest in automotive industry
- Multilingual (especially German, Japanese, or Chinese)
- Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI experience
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
- Knowledge of automotive industry, OEM interactions, or sales planning environments
- Legally eligible to work in Germany
- Willing to work in a hybrid environment and commute to office
- Comfortable collaborating with global teams, occasional flexibility in working hours
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Occasional travel for key team meetings, workshops, or stakeholder engagements
Aufgaben
- Design scalable D&A solutions using Qlik Sense, PowerBI, Fabric, Snowflake, Matillion, and Databricks
- Oversee D&A development activities within Customer Excellence
- Develop critical complex D&A deliverables
- Mentor and upskill D&A resources within Customer Excellence Business Intelligence
- Ensure timely and scoped delivery of D&A projects
- Maintain technical expertise in all D&A platforms
- Define and execute Data/Analytic architectures with Sr. Mgr. Data & Insights
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
- Build and optimize data models for performance, reusability, and accuracy
- Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using enterprise data platforms
- Identify AI-enabled methods to optimize deliverables and developer performance
- Serve as central point of contact for technical developments
- Ensure adherence to analytics governance, security, and development standards
- Create scalable development standards and frameworks
- Maintain and document technical specifications, data flows, and solution architectures
- Measure and report on platform adoption and identify improvement areas
- Facilitate technical trainings for GCG organization
- Support operation and continuous improvement of digital tools and processes
- Coordinate with other Excellence organizations to share best practices
- Contribute to department’s monthly newsletter and internal communications
- Partner with Sales Excellence, Sales, Customer Strategy, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
