• •Strong experience in IT Project Management
• •Strong technical Software Engineering background
• •Expertise with Software Development Lifecycle
• •Knowledge of B2B web apps
• •Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban)
• •Proven stakeholder management skills
• •Solid planning and execution skills
• •Excellent communication and reporting skills
• •Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• •Can-do attitude and customer orientation
• •English C1 level
• •Willingness for occasional onsite visits

Aufgaben

• •Own the delivery plan from roadmap to release
• •Build week-by-week milestones and map dependencies
• •Maintain a living critical path across technical stacks
• •Facilitate agile ceremonies and release readiness reviews
• •Maintain crisp, risk-based status reporting
• •Define and enforce strict release criteria
• •Coordinate feature flags and rollback procedures
• •Verify production health using monitoring dashboards
• •Align internal departments and external vendors on timelines
• •Set milestones and SLAs for external partners
• •Integrate vendor artifacts into the release train
• •Maintain RAID logs and highlight trade-offs early
• •Drive decision records and manage scope options
