Aufgaben
- Support customers with laboratory measuring instruments via phone, email, remote diagnostics, or on-site.
- Assist with microwave technology, Raman spectroscopy, oxidation stability, flash point measurement, result interpretation, software use, commissioning, and training.
- Collaborate with colleagues at Ostfildern and the sales department.
- Perform measurements on customer samples, including microwave digestion of polymers or oxidation stability of cosmetics, in the application lab or on-site.
- Prepare corresponding measurement reports.
- Share product-specific knowledge through equipment installations and customer training.
- Help design workshops and seminars.
