Anforderungen
- •Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable field
- •Subject-specific additional qualification or equivalent knowledge
- •Knowledge and experience in areas of responsibility
- •Experience in customer support
- •Knowledge and experience in applying aviation regulations
- •Understanding of general helicopter technology, operations, and maintenance
- •High reactivity, customer orientation, and strong team skills
- •Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

- •Identify improvement opportunities based on customer feedback
- •Process inquiries related to technical documentation
- •Support the documentation team in creating manuals and service bulletins
- •Assess reported damages and create repair solutions
- •Prepare technical reports based on investigations
- •Participate in proposal and presentation preparation
- •Take on functional and project-related tasks
- •Present work results
