Anforderungen
- Vocational training as plant technologist, agricultural technician, or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience; alternatively, bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field

- Basic knowledge of plant breeding and practical breeding activities experience

- Good German and English language skills for communication with breeding stations
- Willingness to undertake seasonal business travel
- Class B driving license required
Aufgaben
- Support trial setup, evaluation, and results preparation
- Support seed production establishment, including purity analyses and result compilation
- Enter, maintain, and process data in MS Office and breeding databases
- Conduct field assessments in Italy, France, and Germany
- Travel approximately five weeks per year
- Support other working groups in sugar beet breeding
- Contribute to process improvement and optimization
- Support cost-efficient personnel planning for breeding activities
