Anforderungen
- Proven experience in software development, cloud infrastructure, and similar architect role
- Very good understanding of technology stack and design
- Ability to translate architecture and design impact on non-functional requirements
- Experience and knowledge of different types of databases
- Ability to discuss architecture principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical frameworks
- Wide range of expertise in modern operations approaches, API strategies, application monitoring, agile methodologies, software testing, Continuous Delivery
- Very good fluency in English (written and verbal)
Aufgaben
- Act as a liaison between engineers and the architecture community
- Promote and implement METRO.digital standards, processes, and tools
- Advise squad leads and platform owners on technical vision and strategy
- Establish foundations for development teams to leverage Google Cloud and Cloud Native technologies
- Continuously seek inspiration to enhance architecture within your area
- Ensure secure, efficient, and autonomous use of Google Cloud Platform for product teams
- Collaborate with teams like CISO, procurement, and legal to drive security initiatives
- Integrate third-party providers into METRO’s cloud security governance model
- Work with Google’s engineering teams to shape governance products
