Anforderungen
- Hands-on experience with industrial refrigeration systems and heat pumps
- Strong technical expertise
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering with thermodynamics specialization or PhD/doctorate in refrigeration systems
- Proven transferable experience in field engineering roles, preferably in moderately structured international environments operating in industrial HVAC/R and OEM contexts
- In-depth knowledge of compressors, refrigeration circuits, and heat transfer systems
- Expertise in diagnostics and optimization of BPHE and MCHE heat exchangers
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and reliability of complex systems
- Ability to work autonomously in the field and effectively interface with international technical teams
- Business fluent English and German, spoken and written
Aufgaben
- Take technical responsibility for product operation and integration
- Act as a key technical reference for customers
- Ensure optimal performance of components
- Support component integration with customer systems
- Transfer specialized technical know-how
- Conduct advanced analysis of HVAC/R systems
- Assess interaction between Danfoss products and OEM installations
- Provide on-site technical support to customer teams
- Resolve issues with system installation, performance, and reliability
- Oversee product implementation, verification, and qualification at customer sites
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on compressors, heat exchangers, and refrigeration circuits
- Focus on efficiency, reliability, and operational optimization
- Analyze data from qualification and operation phases
- Identify opportunities for technical improvement
- Deliver advanced technical training internally and externally
- Document procedures and best practices
- Coordinate with R&D, laboratories, TPM, and logistics
- Coordinate component validation, testing, and special applications
