- Educational background in an engineering field is considered a strong advantage
Aufgaben
- Actively source candidates through various channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Create job descriptions and provide insights on candidate selection
- Review resumes and conduct initial video calls
- Guide candidates through the interview process
- Schedule and manage interviews with clear communication
- Provide structured feedback to candidates and interview teams
- Extend and negotiate job offers
- Prepare employment contracts in line with company policies
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Contribute to HR projects like employer branding and recruitment marketing
