Anforderungen

  • Several years of experience in B2B field sales
  • Proven leadership experience in sales
  • Strong results orientation, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Confidence in using MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools
  • High digital affinity; experience with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is an advantage

Aufgaben

  • Lead the Sales Managers Truck D‑A‑CH South both disciplinarily and professionally
  • Coach your team and support their development
  • Steer overall team performance
  • Conduct target-setting meetings and regular employee feedback discussions
  • Foster a performance-driven, trustworthy, and collaborative team culture
  • Implement the national sales strategy in the D‑A‑C‑H South region
  • Manage and execute national and regional sales and product campaigns
  • Focus on and prioritize key products like Fuel, Toll, Refund, TMS, Telematics, and E-Mobility
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Partner Consulting, and Sales Management
  • Support strategic partner and customer meetings in your sales region
  • Assist Sales Managers in complex offer, contract, and pricing negotiations
  • Serve as the second point of contact for selected strategic key accounts
  • Participate in annual meetings and major customer projects
  • Take responsibility for forecasts, pipeline management, and KPI reporting
  • Monitor the market and competition, deriving concrete measures
  • Provide regular reporting to the Head of Sales Truck & Bus D‑A‑CH
