- Structured, solution-oriented mindset with high ownership
- Ability to balance local operational needs with global IT strategy
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end IT operations at site level
- Ensure availability and performance of local infrastructure, end user services, and business-critical systems
- Act as primary IT contact
- Comply with IT security, governance, and operational standards
- Implement and enforce global systems management standards
- Use tools for device management, software distribution, patching, and monitoring
- Support identity and access management with global Active Directory and security policies
- Maintain system compliance and audit readiness
- Lead and coordinate local IT team and site support resources
- Develop and train local IT team
- Interface between local teams and global IT functions
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams
- Ensure clear ownership and accountability across local and global support interfaces
- Own service quality, including incident prioritization, escalation, and resolution effectiveness
- Prioritize and escalate critical incidents
- Provide or coordinate 1st/2nd level support
- Coordinate 3rd level support for system management and local IT infrastructure
- Align with global service management processes (ITSM)
- Plan and execute local infrastructure changes and improvements
- Support global IT project rollout at site level
- Implement standards for network, workplace, and systems
- Manage local IT investments and cost center budget
- Ensure site readiness for business continuity and disaster recovery
- Enforce IT security policies
- Support internal and external audits
- Act as first escalation point for security incidents
- Collaborate with CISO organization on risk mitigation
- Adhere to global IT policies, tools, and architectural guidelines
