Anforderungen

• Master’s degree, PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
• Longstanding experience in early‑phase clinical data analysis
• Proven direct leadership experience in global environments
• Expertise in healthy volunteer studies and associated types
• Proficiency in statistical programming and data visualization
• Understanding of regulatory standards like CDISC, FDA, EMA
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Intercultural competence and ability to inspire teams
• Strategic, conceptual, and solution‑oriented mindset
• Enthusiasm for analytical and strategic work
• Fluency in English
• German language skills or openness to learning German
