- Resolve conflicts and conduct feedback conversations
- Monitor employee involvement and development

- Manage resources and eliminate barriers
- Plan employee vacations
- Report to and cooperate with Management Board
- Work on SCM projects and implement new processes
- Participate in B2C transport organization
- Control transport invoices and packaging material orders
- Manage inventory of packing materials
- Order materials for packing goods
- Handle daily inquiries from warehouse customer service
- Clarify outbound order matters
- Coordinate Limango's sales campaigns from order to delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Clarify delays and complaints in outbound and last mile shipping
- Collaborate with internal and external customer service on logistics
- Analyze and discuss shipping problems with carriers
- Organize additional B2C shipments and transports
- Check order status and stock with Rhenus
- Support reporting and special duties
- Support logistics provider forecasting
