Aufgaben
- Lead a team of master data specialists and analysts
- Provide hands-on support, coaching, and talent development
- Create, update, and validate master records in SAP S/4HANA
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Collaborate with purchasing, production, product development, finance, and local site teams
- Align on master data requirements
- Support the development and enforcement of master data standards
- Establish naming conventions and governance rules
- Perform regular audits and reports to identify data issues
- Design workflows for data creation and change requests
- Contribute to automation initiatives using low-code/no-code tools
- Design and implement ETL processes for data cleansing and migration
- Participate in project work and system implementations
