Aufgaben
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of up to 25 technicians and operators
- Foster teamwork and a collaborative working environment
- Manage team conflicts constructively and decisively
- Assign tasks according to aircraft production schedules and priorities
- Ensure knowledge transfer and onboarding for new team members
- Ensure discipline, adherence to procedures, and performance standards
- Guarantee adherence to schedules and lead-times
- Monitor and ensure full production traceability
- Complete daily internal and customer progress tracking
- Achieve production performance and yield targets
- Monitor and control access requests and related records
- Lead and animate SQCDP routines
- Drive compliance with Quality standards and processes
- Ensure adherence to FOD prevention rules
- Ensure strict application of HSE and 5S standards
- Apply Quality and HSE policies relevant to the position
- Report technical non-conformities, definition issues, or malfunctions
- Escalate management-related issues when necessary
- Communicate effectively with Safran and Airbus management
- Prepare and deliver concise progress summaries and reports
- Promote transparent upward and cross-functional communication
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Promote operational excellence and performance optimization
- Support the achievement of site-level objectives
