- In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks in financial industry
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational plans
- Solid knowledge of cyber technologies and methodologies
- Deep understanding of dark web intelligence gathering
- Expertise with tools for threat intelligence collection and analysis
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
Aufgaben
- Lead the Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting unit
- Provide regular cyber and geo-political threat intelligence updates to senior management
- Support Group Security management in board-level presentations
- Develop and implement the global threat intelligence strategy
- Assess global threat trends and formulate high-level TI policies
- Oversee real-time threat detection and response mechanisms
- Conduct regular risk assessments and devise countermeasures for threats
- Direct day-to-day threat intelligence activities and ensure real-time monitoring
- Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 threat intelligence professionals
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders for information sharing
- Provide clear reports on current threats to global senior management
- Execute key operational decisions to enhance proactive and reactive operations
