Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the Strategic Procurement function
- Establish framework agreements with Railway Undertakings, logistics providers, material suppliers, and refurbishment workshops
- Negotiate these framework agreements
- Conclude these framework agreements
- Lead the European GCU Claim Handling Team
- Manage GCU claim management, including escalation handling
- Develop sustainable procurement strategies
- Implement sustainable procurement strategies
- Monitor KPIs
- Manage suppliers
- Assess risks
- Collaborate with Technical Operations, Market Operations, Finance & Controlling, and Legal
