- Monitor and analyze sales metrics for improvement
- Implement sales best practices to improve conversion rates
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Oversee the sales process, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Drive innovation in sales processes and approaches
