- Excellent stakeholder management with local business leaders
- Commercial acumen to support revenue opportunities
- Ability to prioritize projects and resources for local sales
- Data savvy with strong attention to detail
- Maintain quality and accuracy of data
Aufgaben
- Oversee research activities across Germany
- Coordinate and quality control key research deliverables
- Drive thought leadership agenda locally
- Manage resources to generate revenue across markets and sectors
- Target key priority clients
- Present to clients regularly
- Speak at industry forums and to the press
- Ensure connectivity between local and EMEA research teams
- Improve data quality and consistency
- Make data accessible to key stakeholders
- Increase brand profile through best-in-class sector research
- Report to and work closely with the Head of Business Development Services, Germany
- Drive the thought leadership agenda through data analysis and trend identification
- Supervise production of research output and insights
- Implement procedures for high-quality quarterly deliverables
- Standardize data-driven presentations and Market Beat publications
- Present on key sectors to key clients
- Engage with industry bodies for speaking opportunities
- Support key client prospecting and proposal materials
- Collaborate with local research team for sales and transaction activities
- Maximize ROI from each deliverable
- Leverage Cushman & Wakefield’s digital ecosystem
- Ensure service line and sector content is fully leveraged
- Provide comments for press releases
- Engage with the press to drive brand visibility
- Enhance German data quality for local and EMEA reporting
- Set targets for data coverage
- Create gap analysis and action plans
- Sign off on local data
- Support global, regional, and local teams in data reporting
- Ensure data is prepared and structured correctly
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of Germany data
- Deliver data timely for local, EMEA, or global reporting
