Aufgaben
- Build and lead a technical team of six
- Coach and mentor direct reports through 1:1s
- Manage the operational execution of the IGP
- Ensure reliable and secure customer environments
- Handle incidents and releases through structured processes
- Drive systematic reliability improvements from production signals
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Success teams
- Partner with SRE on platform foundation topics
- Evolve the 24/7 reliability operating model
- Define ownership and escalation paths for production
- Coordinate incident response and calm communication
- Balance service restoration with long-term toil reduction
- Improve operational tooling and runbooks
- Manage team priorities, capacity, and roadmaps
- Recruit talent and shape individual growth paths
