Anforderungen
- Completed degree or comparable qualification in business, IT, e-commerce, or related field
- Several years of experience in strategic leadership role within e-commerce, tech, or platform environment
- Proven track record of scaling and strategically developing complex processes, teams, or structures
- Strong understanding of technical systems, integrations, and data-driven performance management
- Confident collaboration with Product and Tech teams as a peer
- Excellence in structuring complex topics, setting clear priorities, and driving decisions
- Strong stakeholder and expectation management at management level
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the Technical Integration / Seller Onboarding team
- Set clear goals, roles, and responsibilities for the team
- Strategically develop technical seller onboarding
- Focus on scalability, automation, and quality in onboarding
- Steer performance through KPIs, reports, and business reviews
- Derive strategic initiatives to achieve targets
- Own the seller experience (NPS) within onboarding
- Prioritize initiatives with the greatest business impact
- Act as a central interface between Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success
- Make prioritization and resource allocation decisions
- Ensure sustainable processes in daily operations
- Identify structural weaknesses
- Drive end-to-end optimizations across team boundaries
