Team Lead Marketplace Partner Integration(m/w/x)
Leading technical team for marketplace seller onboarding, ensuring automation and scalability at Europe's No.1 e-pharmacy. Anforderungen
- Completed degree or comparable qualification in business, IT, e-commerce, or related field
- Several years of experience in strategic leadership (e-commerce, tech, or platform)
- Proven track record in scaling and developing processes, teams, or structures
- Strong understanding of technical systems, integrations, data-driven performance management
- Confident collaboration with Product and Tech teams
- Excellence in structuring complex topics, prioritizing, and decision-making
- Strong stakeholder and expectation management at management level
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the Technical Seller Onboarding team
- Set clear team goals, roles, and responsibilities
- Develop technical seller onboarding strategically
- Ensure scalability, automation, and quality in onboarding
- Steer performance using KPIs, reports, and business reviews
- Derive strategic initiatives to achieve targets
- Oversee the seller experience (NPS) during onboarding
- Prioritize initiatives for maximum business impact
- Act as a central interface
- Connect Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success
- Make prioritization and resource allocation decisions
- Ensure sustainable daily operational processes
- Identify structural weaknesses
- Drive cross-team end-to-end optimizations
