- Take end-to-end ownership of internally developed platform services
- Ensure platform services are scalable, reliable, and easy to consume
- Collaborate with Core domain teams and the Platform team
- Understand domain needs and identify gaps
- Provide efficient, reusable technical solutions
- Own and evolve solutions for core technical tracking infrastructure
- Ensure reliable and scalable event collection and forwarding
- Deliver secure, robust, and maintainable technical solutions
- Focus on great customer experiences and business needs
