Aufgaben
- Lead visual direction for e-commerce clients
- Ensure on-brand, conversion-optimized, and creatively excellent touchpoints
- Develop and lead a growing team of designers
- Foster a creative and supportive work environment
- Create high-quality, performance-driven visuals
- Contribute actively to design projects
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to align business goals with creative strategy
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
- Present design strategies to clients
- Act as a creative thought partner in client meetings
- Understand the integration of design and copy
- Stay updated on emerging design tools, especially AI
- Integrate new tools into the team's workflow
