In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage a team of data professionals while directly contributing to data quality and delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve prioritizing tasks, supporting the team, and ensuring the accuracy of core datasets.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• •3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data operations
• •2+ years of experience leading or mentoring others
• •Familiarity with PowerBI and operational reporting
• •Familiarity working with Jira
• •Comfort working directly with business stakeholders
• •Practical, hands-on problem-solving mindset
• •Clear and direct communication skills
• •Ability to balance delivery work with team leadership responsibilities

Aufgaben

• •Manage and support a team of data entry specialists and data specialists
• •Assign and prioritize work to meet business needs and timelines
• •Provide hands-on support as needed
• •Contribute to data quality initiatives
• •Track and define tasks from the KPI boards
• •Ensure data tasks are manageable and divided into smaller chunks
• •Translate direction from the Vice President of Data into clear tasks and short-term plans
• •Track work in progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies
• •Serve as the first point of escalation for non-transformational data-related issues
• •Maintain basic data standards, documentation, and naming conventions
• •Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of core datasets
