- Develop future-driven strategies for brand-audience connections
- Drive material selection and innovation strategies
- Stay ahead of retail production and technological trends
- Support the team with prototyping for complex campaigns
- Manage disciplinary and professional team leadership
- Oversee resource planning and performance management
- Mentor team members in design and technical skills
- Align 3D design workflows with other departments
- Ensure production efficiency in a fast-paced environment
