- Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Curious mindset with a track record of creative thinking
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers and Business Analysts
- Oversee the delivery of strategic, global projects and large-scale change initiatives
- Govern and manage the Compliance transformation portfolio
- Ensure alignment between project activities and the bank-wide transformation programme
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation in Compliance operations
- Lead strategic initiatives focused on technology enablement and data analytics
- Initiate and define new projects based on business needs and regulatory requirements
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to measuring success
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to identify best-in-class solutions
- Oversee project governance frameworks and facilitate project steering committees
- Operate effectively within an agile project environment to deliver value incrementally
- Perform ad hoc business analysis and provide support to other projects within the team
