- Manage a team of Client Data Officers
- Review and process account openings
- Provide guidance on account opening standards
- Act as point of contact for Relationship Managers
- Bridge interests between Bank stakeholders
- Lead projects to improve processes and tools
- Standardize documentation requirements
- Support digital onboarding initiatives
- Manage physical and electronic client data
- Ensure excellent client relations
- Handle escalated issues promptly
- Develop deep understanding of Bank processes
