Aufgaben

• •Manage day-to-day operational tasks
• •Support the Group Head with daily requests
• •Oversee team task management
• •Coordinate Bank's strategic initiatives and projects
• •Assist the Group Head in supervisory duties
• •Facilitate regular risk exchanges with the Group Head and BRM
• •Perform approval and control tasks as delegated by the Group Head
• •Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for decision-making
• •Gather team input to improve process efficiency
• •Communicate relevant information from Bank/Region/Market levels
• •Organize and execute team meetings in collaboration with the Group Head
• •Manage the systematic sales process with Regional Business Development support
• •Conduct budget planning and cost controlling for the team
