- Experience contributing to co-curricular or performing arts programme
- Experience with IB or international curricula (advantageous)
- Passion for performing arts and education
- Creative, energetic, and able to engage students of all abilities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and willing to contribute beyond classroom
- Empathetic, adaptable, and culturally aware in international boarding environment
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
- Police check required prior to appointment
