- Degree in business administration or economics
- Initial professional experience in international industry or accounting firm; tax focus desirable

- Ensure accurate tax reporting for budget, forecast, and actuals
- Develop and implement tax risk management frameworks
- Act as a proactive contact for German and international entities
- Identify and mitigate tax risks early
- Design and deliver tax training programs
- Work independently in a small global team
- Maintain close communication with operational business units
- Leverage technology to enhance tax reporting accuracy
- Drive automation of tax processes using SAP and BI tools
- Collaborate with IT to integrate tax compliance into ERP systems
