- Provide structured and timely feedback to candidates
- Advise managers on all recruitment-related matters
- Improve recruitment effectiveness and track key KPIs
- Harmonize and strengthen global recruitment processes
- Support employer branding and tool optimization projects
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners
