In this role, you will partner with candidates and internal clients throughout the recruitment process, from defining needs to onboarding. You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and ensure compliance, all while fostering strong relationships with schools and stakeholders.

Anforderungen

• •Solid experience in recruitment within a consulting firm or IT services company
• •Strong interest in direct sourcing for senior profiles
• •Organized, persistent, and optimistic
• •Autonomy and teamwork skills
• •Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
• •Native or professional proficiency in German and good level in English
• •Familiarity with PIM/MDM/DAM and various software systems such as Akeneo, Stibo, Centric, and SAP
• •Experience in recruiting for AI

Aufgaben

• •Support candidates and internal clients throughout the recruitment process
• •Define innovative sourcing strategies to meet recruitment goals
• •Conduct direct candidate sourcing through various channels
• •Lead HR evaluation interviews
• •Assist candidates during the pre-boarding phase
• •Ensure a smooth first-day experience for new employees
• •Draft employment contracts
• •Ensure compliance with procedures and GDPR regulations
• •Contribute to the school relations strategy by developing partnerships
• •Maintain existing school partnerships and define interventions
• •Facilitate weekly recruitment committees with internal stakeholders
• •Report activities in the Group ATS
• •Provide support on general HR topics as needed
