Aufgaben
- Qualify candidates for GTM and project management roles
- Conduct screening calls for GTM and project management roles
- Drive outbound talent acquisition for technical roles
- Use the proprietary TalentForge® platform
- Help hire 100 GTM and project management talents
- Build high-caliber talent pipelines
- Conduct initial candidate screens
- Evaluate candidate fit, motivation, and culture alignment
- Master the in-house TalentForge® system
- Identify, score, and engage candidates at scale
- Partner with hiring managers
- Understand role requirements and market trends
- Develop creative sourcing techniques
- Craft compelling outreach messages
- Serve as a brand ambassador
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences
