- CKA, CKAD, or CKS certification (plus)
- Mastery of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Advanced Kubernetes management (multi-cluster, scaling, monitoring)
- Infrastructure as Code tools experience (Terraform, Ansible)
- Designing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
- Deep experience with Terraform or Pulumi
- Building self-service developer platforms at hyperscaler grade
- Proficient in Go, Python, or Bash for automation
- Advanced skills in Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
- Designing SLI/SLO frameworks for distributed systems
- 5–8 years DevOps or infrastructure roles experience
- Design, operate, evolve Kubernetes-based platforms at scale
- Lead teams and drive infrastructure initiatives
- Diagnose/resolve complex distributed system issues
- Use metrics/tracing tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
