- Strong analytical skills and ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to heterogeneous stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams
- Very good English and German language skills

- Derive technical specifications from system requirements
- Develop and evaluate models for concept validation
- Create and document integration and test strategies
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early

- Contribute to semiconductor technology roadmaps
- Lead technical discussions with hardware and software teams
- Interface with project management and supplier teams
