- Provide technical advice to customers and sales teams
- Transform customer requests into clear technical solutions
- Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and datasheets
- Deliver technical training and workshops to partners
- Support projects through design, installation, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with product teams to improve company solutions
