In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer projects, leading a team to analyze and clarify requirements while ensuring timely and quality system delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating with stakeholders and supporting integration and testing activities.

Anforderungen

• •MSc in electronics, telecommunication, robotics, software engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent
• •5 years or more work experience as systems engineer, product owner, function owner, or equivalent
• •Proven leadership skills and judgement regarding systems, software, perception
• •Experience in the automotive and/or truck industry development (ISO26262, Regulations, etc.)
• •ASPICE experience
• •Experience working in an agile development environment
• •Experience in Polarion / Doors
• •Basic programming skills in Matlab, Python, or C/C++
• •Understanding of product development process
• •Self-motivated, professional, positive attitude
• •Ability to take high levels of responsibility: making decisions, being accountable
• •Ability to function in a high pressure and sometimes ambiguous environment
• •Good presentation skills, strong leadership, and teamwork skills
• •Fluency in English and ideally one more language

Aufgaben

• •Serve as the system owner for customer projects
• •Lead a cross-functional team of ADAS Feature Owners
• •Analyze requirements from customers and stakeholders
• •Develop and clarify requirements with stakeholders as needed
• •Drive analysis of effort and cost for change requests
• •Coordinate communication of system status with all stakeholders
• •Ensure timely delivery of the system to the customer with agreed scope and quality
• •Support system integration and testing activities
• •Align system deliveries with project timelines
• •Compile process-oriented metrics for stakeholder-level functions
• •Report frequently to Aptiv and customer management
• •Ensure compliance with Aptiv processes and methods
