Anforderungen
- Degree in computer science, vocational training as IT specialist, IT business manager, or similar qualification with relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 stack, security tooling, and networking
- Experience with automation via PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-102, SC-300) are a plus

Aufgaben
- Ensure efficient IT operations, innovation, and integration of Microsoft 365
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications
- Align closely with business users on system specifications
- Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft 365 applications
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for IT system requests
- Diagnose and resolve IT system faults
- Implement and support new IT technologies and system enhancements
- Ensure compatibility across IT system components
- Apply and manage updates, patches, and upgrades
- Maintain system performance and security
- Monitor and analyze the Microsoft 365 environment
- Monitor and analyze IT processes for continuous improvement
- Manage identity and device management with Entra ID and Intune
- Manage security and compliance tooling, including Microsoft Defender and Purview
- Manage networking components for system integration
- Perform ongoing patching, updates, and security hardening
