- Offer L1 user assistance and L3 troubleshooting
- Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive
- Support core Azure infrastructure services
- Handle service requests, incidents, and change processes
- Adhere to ITIL v4 standards
- Ensure structured documentation and communication
- Execute workflows based on FRoSTA operational guidelines
- Manage, monitor, and optimize AdminFactory modules
- Enhance tenant security, compliance, and operational stability
- Support design, deployment, and operation of cloud-native architectures
- Contribute to hybrid identity solutions using Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Implement secure access concepts and modern authentication methods
- Identify process gaps and optimization opportunities
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Power Platform
- Reduce manual efforts and improve system reliability
