Aufgaben
- Manage all IT hardware and software assets
- Maintain comprehensive tracking and inventory systems
- Procure and manage organizational software licenses
- Service office machines, workstations, and technical equipment
- Coordinate hardware procurement with corporate IT
- Integrate enterprise systems with corporate infrastructure
- Track IT costs and prepare budget recommendations
- Interface with ISPs to ensure reliable connectivity
- Administer wired and wireless network infrastructure
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff
- Establish cross-studio infrastructure with the Serbian team
- Implement backup solutions and disaster recovery protocols
- Configure VPN access for remote collaboration
- Track software usage and costs across locations
- Ensure international software licensing compliance
- Manage and optimize build hardware infrastructure
- Administer the Perforce version control system
- Support Unreal Engine development pipelines and toolchains
- Oversee digital asset management systems and workflows
- Maintain backup systems for development projects
- Resolve technical blockers to optimize development workflows
