- Manage non-financial reporting, audits, and risk controls
- Monitor and implement German and EU sustainability regulations
- Oversee ESG data collection and quality control methodologies
- Analyze portfolio performance for regulatory compliance and reporting
- Implement specialized sustainability tools and frameworks
- Contribute to investment bids and organizational knowledge sharing
