- Drive sustainability concept for Electrification & Automation
- Lead implementation of the DEGREE framework
- Ensure accurate data for corporate internal reporting
- Manage external reporting of sustainability topics
- Complete plans, reports, and programs on time
- Represent sustainability in decision-making
- Ensure sustainability approach in the Siemens ecosystem
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate and drive the sustainability network
- Ensure sustainability in Operations, Procurement, Logistics, R&D, and Product Lifecycle processes
- Drive sustainability thought leadership
- Ensure sustainability compliance in relevant ISO Certifications
- Work with the EHS Team on a combined road map
- Coordinate data management projects for product-related environmental reporting
- Act as Crisis Manager and Business Continuity Manager
- Ensure business resilience
- Provide training and briefing materials to partners
