- Ability to manage international stakeholders
- Fluency in German

Aufgaben
- Drive the development and implementation of the global ESG strategy
- Support strategic decision-making with independent judgment
- Establish ESG rating structures from the ground up
- Lead the global ESG subcommittee “Social and Governance”
- Define and implement effective governance structures and ESG processes
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies for social and governance topics
- Explore new methods and approaches for ESG reporting and rating
- Build ESG reporting and rating structures in alignment with CSRD requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment across HR, Legal & Compliance, and Communications
- Lead Envalior’s sustainability report's social chapter
- Ensure high-quality reporting and visibility at ELT and shareholder level
- Lead and implement Envalior’s ESG rating strategy
- Build ESG rating processes and frameworks from the ground up
- Drive strategic ESG initiatives
- Enable impactful decision-making and measurable business value
