Anforderungen
- Graduate degree in sustainability, business administration, or technical field
- Several years experience in data analytics, carbon accounting, energy, auditing, or consulting
- Several years experience in corporate carbon accounting, decarbonization planning, or sustainability domains
- Solid knowledge of standards and regulations (e.g., GHG Protocol, CBAM, EU ETS, CSDDD, EUDR)
- Experience applying AI-supported tools and methods to enhance sustainability or compliance workflows
- Strong data-modeling and analytical skills
- Proven project-management capabilities
- Ability to prioritize and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Independent, structured, detail-oriented working style
- Continuous-improvement mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Fluent English
- German language skills are an advantage
- Preferably international experience
- Strong intercultural competence

- Manage external stakeholder interactions
- Engage suppliers on sustainability requirements
- Train suppliers on sustainability processes
- Engage subcontractors on sustainability requirements

- Support projects implementing sustainability strategy
- Support reporting requirements within Operations
- Provide internal consulting on sustainability
- Guide operational teams on sustainability
- Provide expertise to operational teams
- Guide cross-functional stakeholders on sustainability

- Integrate external sustainability demands into internal processes
- Integrate external sustainability demands into internal systems
- Integrate external sustainability demands into internal structures
- Calculate CO₂ pricing

- Ensure compliance with EU mechanisms
