Solve complex technical challenges in Motion portfolio
Support global organization in customer support
Act as 2nd-Level expert for advanced inquiries
Reproduce and isolate root causes of issues
Drive solutions in collaboration with development teams
Improve product quality based on real-world feedback
Enhance product usability based on international feedback
Update and maintain product documentation
Handle product-related inquiries independently
Provide remote and on-site customer support
Analyze feedback on product quality and usability
Identify and troubleshoot issues in machine processes
Collaborate with developers on motion technology
