- •Define procurement and shipping processes
- •Post transactions accurately into the ERP system
- •Lead and develop the SCM team
- •Foster cross-departmental collaboration and communication
- •Track delivery performance and KPI systems
- •Optimize logistics and material flow processes
- •Coordinate between suppliers, production, and sales
- •Organize local Sales and Operations Planning
- •Represent the plant in international working groups
- •Update risk assessments and process descriptions
- •Assume entrepreneurial duties within your department
