- Work experience

- Proven experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry supply chain, operations, or external manufacturing management
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, MS Office, and project management tools
- Hands-on experience managing CDMOs across Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Goods packaging processes
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical artwork processes is an advantage
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach
- Proactive, solution-focused, and continuous improvement mindset
- Commercial awareness and assertiveness
- Ability to drive topics independently and influence stakeholders
- Good understanding of digital technologies
- Interest in AI applications in supply chain management
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- German language skills are considered a plus
Aufgaben
- Manage supply chain activities with external partners
- Coordinate with CDMOs for Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Goods
- Act as key interface between internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee order management, planning, and logistics using ERP systems
- Optimize processes with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Monitor production timelines and delivery performance
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP requirements
- Manage artwork processes with internal and external stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide structured supply chain feedback
- Plan, track, and report on supply chain activities
- Utilize project management tools like MS Project and C-Place
- Drive digitalization and process optimization
- Implement AI-based solutions where applicable
