- Proficiency in Outlook and high-volume email management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
Aufgaben
- Coordinate production and shipping activities with global suppliers
- Receive order status and documentation updates from internal teams
- Escalate issues impacting ERP accuracy to leadership
- Track and close production orders with complete documentation
- Process daily receipts and drop shipments including related expenses
- Book shipments and track rates against company budgets
- Monitor logistics communications for timely shipment updates
- Verify equipment progression to the bill of lading stage
- Communicate with freight forwarders to confirm shipping milestones
- Collaborate with internal partners on accurate bill of lading completion
- File proof of delivery and track shipment discrepancies
- Update transport management tools for non-forwarder partner shipments
- Assist with landed-stage tasks to support compliance workflows
- Maximize container load efficiency using utilization tools
- Track entries through arrival and delivery posting stages
- Maintain the CBAM file with current shipment and cost data
- Update entry files daily to ensure accurate posting records
- Prepare monthly shipment reports for leadership review
- Organize team folders and digital collaboration tools
- Provide operational cross-coverage and support during high-volume periods
